How we handle things at NESRA (the NorthEast Sasquatch Researchers Association) is that we have an elected board. The thing that somewhat makes us different from alot of groups is that we are an umbrella organization. We are made up of independant researchers that come together a few times a year under the NESRA banner. Most of our members have other groups that we are involved in, or have our own groups.
The board makes all the decisions as to where NESRA is headed, and it works well. Of course, we all have a say on the issues that all groups are probably faced with. Like I said, it works well.
